Legal US residents, 18+, who work at or own a hotel, motel, inn, or lodging property. Void where prohibited.
Promotion Period
July 13, 2026 12:00 AM CT to August 2, 2026 11:59 PM CT (21 days). If the minimum qualified entries are not reached, Sponsor may extend and will note the new end date here.
How to enter
Complete this form. Limit one entry per person and per email. Your email also subscribes you to our free tools email; unsubscribing later does not remove a submitted entry.
Qualified entries and minimum
Only qualified entries count toward the drawing and the minimum. A qualified entry comes from an eligible operator, uses a unique working email, is not a duplicate, and contains complete, truthful info we can reasonably verify as a real lodging property. Duplicates, non-hotel entries, incomplete entries, and invalid emails are removed and do not count toward the total or win. The drawing happens only if at least 15 qualified entries are received; otherwise Sponsor may extend or cancel with no prize awarded.
Winners
Random drawing after the period ends. 15 to 29 qualified entries = 1 winner; 30 to 49 = 2 winners; 50+ = 3 winners. First drawn wins the Grand Prize; next drawn win Runner-Ups. Odds depend on the number of qualified entries.
Prizes
Grand Prize: Custom Lead Dossier + 90-Day Sales Action Plan, ARV $348. Runner-Up (up to 2): Custom Lead Dossier, ARV $119. Prizes are digital, non-transferable, no cash value. Winner must provide the property details we need to build the dossier.
